“I come from a family of doctors. My mother is an RN and my father started this practice in 1958. I also have an uncle who is a dentist and another who is a pathologist. My older brother is a pediatric cardiologist in California and I practice with my younger brother, Rick, and my husband, Lee.
My father is really the person who helped shape my career. He was a very successful podiatrist. I started working in the office of his podiatry practice when I was in high school, which was a great experience. It made me realize that I wanted to work in medicine.
One of the things I really love about this practice is the people. We really get to know each of our patients on a personal level. Seeing them get better because of our care and our treatment is very rewarding.”
In her spare time, Dr. Weiner enjoys working out at the gym, reading, attending Blue Jacket games and volunteer work.
